When I took these photos, the sun was out high in the sky and the lighting was pretty much perfect during the day. I took pictures of these berries because I thought they looked cool relative with the lighting, and the plants around them. The feelings that I am trying to convey are happiness and a certain sense of fall being in the air. It was a little challenging to keep the branches straight, because there was wind, so I had to wait a little to get these pictures.
I went to this park that had a mini lake. There was no wind at all, which helped me take my photos. I took some pictures while kneeling down to the ground, positioning the camera a little upwards, so that the shot would get the lake and some trees that surround it. There were no major challenges with taking pictures of this place. The feelings that I am trying to convey are calmness and stillness, because the water was still when i was taking my pictures.
I went to this river, and decided to take pictures, since it was a beautiful day out. There were some clouds around, but the sun wasn't covered by them. The water was flowing at a constant pace, and made little to no noise. The trees rustled a little in the calm breeze. The feelings that I am trying to convey are the feeling of belonging and the feeling of freedom. I really liked this place because its a beautiful time of year, with the leaves changing colors.
These rocks represent the obstacles that come your way when you try to do something. Everyone has the ability to find a way around a problem, and when that same problem strikes them again in the future, they already know what to do. The feelings that I am trying to show with this picture are determination and hope for a better future. The hardest thing about this picture was getting the lighting right. My dad got these cool filters for the v=camera, and he put one on, and then I tried taking pictures with it. (The result is the picture in the center.)
These represent how people reach out to others when they need help. It is important to get help when you need it. When you decide that you want to do things on your own, they might not turn out that well, and you are too afraid to ask for help, then the problem becomes bigger. I thought these were very inspirational, even though they are common among parks. It all depends on how you look at it. The feelings that I am trying to convey are accomplishment and collective cooperation.
